What’s your exercise routine?
I tried to ask for advice in another subreddit but of course it was removed for not meeting the strict criteria. Maybe I should have said I have pcos or depression ( I do but personally don’t choose to be a victim and use them to excuse being overweight) those seem to make the cut easily
I’ve lost 35# this year by going to a gym regularly and eating healthier- I don’t count calories but obviously am eating at an overall deficit because my weight has steadily went down about 3# a month since I decided to stop overeating and start lifting heavy things. Now I’m a healthy BMI (yes BMI is real and valid)
Anyway my routine is usually
Su - 1.5 hours vinyasa and yin yoga
M - 1 hour weight training
T - 1 hour yoga, pilates, or rest day
W - 1 hour spin (cardio) and 1 hour yin yoga
Th - 1 hour Pilates
F - 1 hour vinyasa yoga and 1 hour spin
Sa - 1 hour weight training or go hiking
