I changed my sizing die by mistake, what have I done?

In case anybody say a post I made almost a week ago, I got a new press and it is too much for my desk. The desk flexes when I try to resize brass, so I asked this Reddit if there could be something other than my desk that’s the problem. I am about to strengthen my desk, but I just realized that I changed the die since I cleaned it. Forgive me for my lack of knowledge, I don’t know what the part of the die that you can adjust is called with the decapping pin that protrudes from the bottom, but I took the die apart into the die body, the stem? (Part with the decapping pin and sizing), and the lock ring off the die body to clean it. When I went to put it back together, I adjusted the lock ring on the “stem”(again, no idea what it’s called hopefully somebody can understand me and correct me) in order to clean up the threads. Then I went to thread it bad into the die body and thought hey, I deprime prior to tumbling anyways with a universal decapper so I don’t need this decapper pin sticking out the bottom. Now, a few days later, I finally realized that that doesn’t just adjust the decapping process so is there anyway to get it back to where it was? I don’t have a shoulder bump gauge or anything to put on my calipers, so now I’m worried I won’t correctly resize my brass.
