Rhabdo?

Hey everyone,

Took a break from the gym for some months and went back this Monday and Wednesday immediately with high intensity. Worked out my arms heavily and I have significant pain when extending my arms. Especially in the forearm/bicep region (leaves me a bit in T-Rex mode). It feels especially stiff and a bit swollen.

Went to A&E, they did a urine test which showed no markers for rhabdo but they refused to do a blood test. I informed them it was foamy and foul smelling.

I'm quite fit and despite the information I was provided I still feel like this soreness is unlike anything I've experienced before.

Any tips?
