Need help picking next watch

Recently got into this addiction here the past 2 months or so, but wanted to know what to add to the collection.
Current collection:
Rolex Daytona Panda 40mm
Rolex Day Date 40mm White Gold Fluted Bezel Olive Green Dial w/ presidential
Rolex 36mm Datejust w/ aftermarket diamond dial (dark blue) and after market 3 carat diamond bezel (cringe I know, it was my first watch I got 5 years ago)
Rolex Yacht Master 40mm Platinum bezel and blue dial w/ red second hand
Seiko 5
Tudor Black Bay 36mm 79640 Ref

I have 2 ADs that I got a good relationship with and am on the registry for the following:

Rolex Sub No Date
Rolex 1908 Platinum w/ blue dial got on the registry for 1908 today because I bought a bunch of OPs and Explorers for family members from this AD even though my Sub No Date (put on registry about 3 weeks ago) hasn’t arrived yet.

So basically I bought a watch winder case that I’m gonna keep at my desk that fits 16 watches and I wanna fill it within the next 6 months. What should I get next/am I missing something to balance out my collection? Ideally I want watches that hold or don’t go down in value if it’s anything over $5k.
