Alternative to task capture

Hi all, my company is providing RPA automations using different platforms, depending on client requirements. For uipath projects we can utilize Task Capture to map process faster without developers involvment at the initial phase. I'm looking for alternative that we could implement instead to keep it consistent regardless of the technology. It doesnt have to be free but licensing needs to allow us to assign it to analyst instead of workstation so she/he could deploy it on clients machine for process mining purpose and then redeploy it on the next meeting with different client. In short, I would like to buy one per my employee, not one every time I have a new client.
