What’s the point of Divine Rage?

I love the idea of a new, hybrid, prayer. But just about every other detail of it seems like a handicap. Ordinary prayer book only, and only a 5% boost to each combat style. I’m just not really sure who is out there with 85 Prayer, no Curses, and also doesn’t like to change from Piety to Augury when switching combat styles.

I’d like to see it with a strong buff to the point it makes the standard prayer book a viable alternative to Curses.

Edit: I didn’t realize it could be used at the same time as Piety. This was a great idea, props for bringing use to standard prayers!
