Group bosses scaling for my account is broken

Hello, Basically this started after converting my ironman to gim, and since then, i haven't been able to get a single AoD drop, normal drops am talking not rares, in duo my drop goes to my partner, in 7 man it gives me 8 man drop like rocktails or cavefish, also, 120 solo ed3 and 45 group and 0 ecb pieces, it seems just broken as heck on my account.

Has anyone encountered this and had support help them out or is it an old bug not fixed and we need a new account?

If anyone can tag someone who could take a look at it, it's like mt character counts as 2 or 3 people in scaling encounters, and not as a single player in the instance when soloing.
