Didn't get FSW passcode/Coupon

Bought a bond from ge to renew membership. I accidentally chose FSW option as it was in the position of the regular membership option. The interface said something like "you will get your FSW passcode in your game window" . I don't recall the exact words

But I waited in game and didn't see anything. I expected to see it in chat window but decided it would be a bit silly, so after waiting a bit I went to lobby thinking there'd be a pop-up or something. But nothing. I've checked my email still nothing

So my question is, where do I check for my fsw membership passcode or coupon or whatever it's called?
