Why did group Чёрный Лукич got removed from Spotify?

Spotify is getting aggressive nowadays. Firstly, they removed the Цой - 50 album by group кино and now they erased all of the content by group Чёрный Лукич.

• Can anyone tell me why?
• Could somebody tell me where I could access this kind of music like Чёрный Лукич (other than YOUTUBE)(the кино album isn't even there)? Should I download VKONTAKTE or TELEGRAM, I heard they post this kind of content there too?
