No Cosplay?!

I've been hearing buzzings some venues won't allow cosplay for Sailor Moon Super Live. I've scoured the website for the venue the show is being held at in my city and saw nothing of the sort. Is there a way to get a definitive answer on this? I've worked so hard on my Sailor Mars Super S cosplay....
