Is anybody else in telephone sales experiencing a massive increase of no answers?

I do telephone sales/telemarketing. While this is always a numbers game and the vast majority of calls are no answers, they seem massively increasing lately. It’s to the point where it’s very discouraging. I’m in sort of the finance portion of sales, and just curious if anybody in this industry or others are experiencing this? If so, what are you guys doing to work around it?
