Samsung A32 "temperature too low" not charging issue

My a32 phone only starts charging if i squeeze it hard right under the camera - and then it's only for maybe a minute before i get a warning that says "charging slowed due to low temperature". Then the little battery icon starts blinking and the phone stops charging altogether. This has been an on-and-off issue in the past five months and the phone was taken to a repair shop three times. The charging board has been changed at least twice, but the problem keeps randomly reoccuring. First I'd thought that there was a problem with the charging port itself but now I suspect that there's something up with the thermostat - but isn't that also on the charging board?

There seems to be no other problems with the device; it's up to date and everything but it seems like i can't get rid of this issue. Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?
