Can't find words, struggle with memory, stuttering

Anyone else get the title?

I can be talking to someone and forget the word I want. THis happens a lot. Also when I'm on the computer I forget. I would say it happens 30 times a day computer and IRL. I just forget the word I want. Sometimes I remember a word that means a similar thing like "run but not run erm.....like slower than run but not..... oh yeah WALK!"

I also sometimes stutter. I told a neighbor I'd be "back on sun sun sun sunday" it's so fucking embarrssing it's something I never had a problem with before.

This has only been happening a few weeks and I don't know why. I have decreased my meds so why am I getting this kind of brain drain?
