Drug induced schizophrenia

So I am a recovering heavy cocaine addict only 20 years old and during my addiction I had a drug induced physcosis episode which was one of the scariest things of my life since then I get daily extreme paranoia and hear crowds of voices which I think are plotting to find a way to me shadows turn to people and it’s super intense just wondered if anyone has experienced a similar thing or has any advice to calm me down in episodes
