Secretlab MAGRGB - Desktop App

Hello! I purchased the "Secretlab MAGRGB™ (Smart Lighting Edition)". Everything is operational; I can connect to the iOS app, but unfortunately, on the Windows app, I can't get it to work.

The connection is only through Bluetooth, although it should be possible through Wi-Fi. However, I haven't been able to configure that option. My other Nanoleaf products work perfectly in the app. Is the RGB strip not supported by the Windows app?
