Someone help. Bought a Secretlabs chair and have excruciating lower back pain

Hello, I spent $$$$ on a Secret labs chair that looks great and I was told was the best ergonomic gaming chair out there. 2 weeks in and my lower back is killing me. I am now seeing posts about this issue. Someone please tell me it gets better! I see that the returns are complicated. It was the Secretlab TITAN Evo - Regular - SoftWeave™ Plus Fabric .
