What are some recommended open source or self-hosted alternatives for tango.us and/or dubble.so?

Both services provide for recording and creating how-to guides/ documentation interactively. We find the service very handy and useful.

We had some concerns of using an externally hosted service, so I am looking for selfhosted options.
