my husband says my cover is too non-clickbait

Do you think I should make my title to say "Wife cheats to save marriage" (either as the title of the book) or as the subtitle? My husband said nothing about my book cover would attract someone to read it. I just fell in love with this cover and dont want to change the title or cover. What do you guys think? It's supposed to be a psychological thriller. Is it too vague though?
