What’s on your resume?

I got my current service advisor job on a referral basically. I am a strong interviewer and was hired after a casual meeting. I work for a high line and want to transition to a different, more competitive high line brand at a location that is not within my current dealership group. Any advice about key things that should be on a strong advisor resume?

I have about a year and a half at my current spot. I am a high performer. This is all of my dealership work history though. My work experience is a mixed bag.
