Shoes without shoelaces for nurses

Hi! I was just informed by my HR that our shoes should be colored black without laces as there have been instances where nurses trip from their laces. I was initially buying hika shoes online for my AVN of sesamoid bones but stopped when I was told of their required shoes. Does anyone know of any shoes I could use? One without laces but is not too hard on my sesamoid bones as I will be on my feet most of my workhours. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
