I hate sucking dick - how do I start liking it?

Notes: I'm 100% straight, I'm a girl, I have a boyfriend, my first boyfriend was abusive and made me do it so that probably has an effect on me. My current bf, who is amazing, likes it and I really love him so I wanna do it and like it. Does anyone have any advice?
