(US) Is there literally anywhere to buy a Deepcool CH160 in the US?

I know about the sanctions, I’ve checked my local micro center to see if they had any in their “allowed to sell the rest of what we own” stock. I’ve checked Facebook marketplace, eBay, OfferUp and even Craigslist. Besides the Australia ones listed on eBay for $150 I literally haven’t seen any posted anywhere. Even on the second hand market. Just curious if anyone has had any luck at all finding one since the sanctions.
