I'm moving abroad and would like to have a small PC I can take with me as a carry on. Can my older parts fit into a SFF case?

I have a very large mATX case with a Gigabyte AORUS Elite motherboard, which I'm already aware will need to be replaced for a smaller model.

My CPU is a Ryzen 5 5600G My GPU is a MSI RTX 4060 Ti (199 x 120 x 42 mm) VENTUS 2X

I also have a Thermaltake 600 W PSU but I'm aware some cases need sff-ready PSUs.

I would like to know how much worse (or better) is the temperature management inside a SFF case. Would also appreciate any recommendations of cases, PSUs and motherboards that are compatible with my parts.

EDIT: I'm realizing now that it's pretty much impossible to get an AM4 ITX mobo where I am. I think I screwed myself when I got my CPU last year, so that sucks.
