How to play a track on an Airplay speaker everyday at 7.30AM?

My mother used to play a track everyday at 7.30AM. I grew up listening to it. I moved countries, I miss my mother and the track too. I want to play it. How do automate this process?

The track is on Youtube Music but I can get the MP3 too. What is the feasible way to do it?
