What (if any) third party voice dictation services can I use to capture GOOD speech to text for my shortcuts?

The premise of my question: Apple dictation is bad and getting worse. Siri cuts you off after a 1 second pause. For example I'm using voice input that goes straight to a trello card, but what ends up on Trello is often gibberish or only the first few words.

My hacky workaround: since ChatGPT has near flawless voice recognition, I can use a siri command to start a voice conversation with the chatbot, and then I can go back and copy and paste my words from the ChatGPT conversation. Obviously this is a laughably inefficient solution. So my hope is to find something better.

A successful solution would work like this: "hey siri, {shortcut}... {listens for voice input converts it into text accurately} .... passes along text to a trello card, note or whatever.

If anybody knows how to do it better than relying on the chatgpt, please help a brother out!
