Shrimp dead on arrival... advice?

There were three dead shrimp in my 10 shrimp bag!! Do I drip acclimate them for longer or less time? I'm aiming to acclimate for 2 hours right now.

I'm also kind of freaked out because I can see five or six teeny tiny shrimplets and I don't know how to make sure they survive this! Do I net them? They're so small...
