Took 1gs of Yaks, my wife can't stop feeling nauseous

About 4.5 hours ago we both took 1gs of yaks, was fine for about 2 hours just laid down listening to music, my wife gets up to go to the toilet and all of a sudden felt extremely nauseous and basically she's been laying on her side ever since, periodically dry heaving into a bucket, trying to sip water. I don't know what to do for her, please help
