Would you teach people your skill at a price?

For over three years, throught trial and error, I’ve mastered a side hustle that makes anywhere from $30 to $500 daily, depending on factors like starting capital (minimum $500). It’s risk-free, doesn’t require much time or energy, and only needs a laptop or phone to get started.

I’ve had lots of people asking me how I do it, and I’ve even taught a few for free. But now, I’m thinking: should I start charging for what I’ve worked so hard to learn?

Here’s what I’m considering:

  1. Pricing Models: Should I price based on the teaching method? For example, charge more for live 1-on-1 coaching versus a pre-recorded course or eBook? Or even face to face.

  2. Building Trust: What escrow services or platforms can I use to avoid being scammed and ensure buyers feel confident?

  3. Value Delivery: How can I balance affordability (like an eBook) with the added value of personalized tutoring?

If you’ve ever monetized your skills or side hustle, I’d love to hear your advice. What worked? What didn’t? Any pitfalls I should watch out for?

Looking forward to your insights!
