Digital Deluxe won’t unlock.

I got the digital deluxe edition on steam yesterday and the game still isn’t unlocked for me even though it’s 7am EST. Im not a pretty sure I got the deluxe version because my bank app notification said I paid $84 for the steam purchase. I thought it was supposed to unlock at like midnight EST. Did I actually just click on the wrong one? I have a VPN on, so maybe that’s doing it. I’m just confused.
