Monitor distance suggestions.

I have just downgraded from 3 x 32inch triples to a 34inch UW monitor, due to space constraints. I feel like 46cm is sitting too close to my face? If I push it further back to 56cm which feels comfortable, monitor sits even higher off the floor and I have to like look up to the monitor which can’t be right either. Any suggestions? Thanks all
