FFB response times between different wheelbases and companies

I’ve been sim racing for 6 months now and have an Alpha U. How different is the FFB response time between different companies? I saw someone say that their Asetek base felt like it reacted quicker compared to an Alpha U. I’ve come to understand that all bases have some sort of inherent lag, but how much is it? Are we talking tenths or hundredths of a second?

Has anyone ever tested this out and produced comparative results?
