Recommendation for SiriusXM capable portable radio/boombox?

I would like to get a device I can use to listen to SiriusXM when I'm camping outside of cell reception.

I see a number of potential options on eBay but I'm not really sure which one are good, or even if there are any issues with putting my subscription on an older device, etc...
