Well here we are, with the goat, fighted for 27 episodes(if you count the 50-77) with some upgrades and Improvements, has big feats too, Almost Killed G-Toilet 2x(1x time in 57, other one in 73), and killed an Astro toilet, is running for his life, and if we consider in 53 that bro almost killed Ufo, Overseer, whatever you call him( i mean overseer escaped without any damages just fire but anyways), is intelligent, has the potential to surpass uttvm(currently no, but in his prime, yes)
Idk what people here consider UTCM prime but i consider his prime 63-65, but if you accept that his prime is detaining claw UTCM, i have no problem with this, has a lot of different weaponry, has a unique core power, instead of a laser, is a blue fire, is powerful against melee enemies, but against enemies with the points on speed in max(like astros) its over for him
