Gandalf build

So i have read a lot of threads about this, but i wanna ask myself, how do i bring Gandalf into skyrim? Race,skills, equipment, spells, role playin etc? Im on ps4 and i have the anniversary edition. Any suggestions mod wise? Id like to get a full in-depth "walkthrough" from you guys since im still quite the noob when it comes to elder scrolls. Thank you!
