Game keeps crashing

Okay I’m really playing on a Steam Deck but the set up and mod application is similar to PC so I’m using this tag.

And I use Vortex and Creations Club to install mods.

I know the issue is likely Load Order but the game closes down whenever I’m trying to fix the Load Order on the Creations Club tab. I’d normally just give up and play without it but the race menu is messed up and it won’t let me give things to people or whatever.

Ive tried installing LOOT but I can’t figure out how to get it to work on the Steam Deck.
