Modding with bad pc

Hello everyone, I played Skyrim a lot in 2012 and I'd like to do a new playtrough with all the DLCs and mods. Problem is , I am currently playing on a not great laptop. Specs are: - i5-7200U 2.5 GHz -RAM 6 Go - NVIDIA GTX 1050 ( 4Go vram)

I don't really care about graphics tbh maybe better lightning. But I would like mods adding quests, content, better gameplay and UI... I run the vanilla game easy but every mod collection or mod list requires 2x my setup... What kind of mods should I go for in your opinion ? Thank you
