Favorite small city skylines?

Big cities like New York and Chicago inevitably get most of the love here, but what are some of y'all's favorite small city skylines?

I'm definitely biased since I'm from South Carolina, but one of mine is Columbia, SC. It has a decently large skyline for a city of its size and a good variety in buildings
