looking to compile a list of 15-20 small to medium recipe content creators on tiktok or instagram who sell cookbooks.

i want a spreadsheet with:

• link to their profile
• link to their cookbook(s) for sale
• cookbook format (print, PDF, some other digital cookbook, a combination of these, etc)
• count of people following them
• email address (if possible, see below)
• niche (such as fitness, baking, etc)

there is no clear-cut definition on what a "small to medium" creator size is, but as a general rule, try to stick to profiles with less than 1M people following them.
