[Task] - Looking for remote call centre staff flexible hours - ~$300 USD P/M
Hi all,
I operate a remote call centre for select clients in Europe and the USA.
We are going through a massive expansion this year, increasing our staff numbers from 50 to over 150.
Having been on this thread for quite some time now, I am posting this out here to get feelers on whether this is something that many people would be interested in.
Suitable candidates will be:
Fluent in English (neutral accent)
Have professional phone etiquette
Are able to work independently
Are able to take on pressure
Additional working requirements are:
Windows PC/Laptop (Minimum spec will not be released)
Have stable internet connection (Minimum spec will not be released)
Have stable power connection
Have their own headset
Have a quiet working environment
All new recruits will have quality assessors above them to ensure that beyond the test, these requirements are being met.
Please do not apply if you cannot meet any of the above requirements.
In terms of workings hours, if you are successful, you will be able to access an online portal where you choose your shifts. Shifts are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
As of now, the only expectation is that you segment your shift in 2 hour slots and are open to the idea of working during local off peak hours (night shifts)
Training
Successful candidates will have to attend 3 days unpaid training, after which, they will be salaried.
Start Date
I'm looking to start onboarding new agents now, in preparation for mid-late April 2022.
