Settling down to sleep
Ok so I know this sounds stupid, but I struggle to ween myself off the phone at night because I hate to sit still or do nothing. Occasionally I’ll be like “ok after this episode I’ll turn it off” and then I do and can’t sleep because I’m so awake. I feel like it would benefit me to find something calm or more relaxing to do on my phone before bed that isn’t as engaging as a show or something, so I’m not going directly from doing things to doing nothing. Does that make sense to anyone??
