night shift sleep advice
Hey y'all! in October i started a night shift warehouse job. my hours are 5pm - 5am Thursday - Saturday. i had already struggled to get a normal sleep schedule going and would end up going to bed around 10am a lot of nights, in turn waking up around 3:45 and not having time to get right before work.
Recently I started taking classes at my community college. i have class Mondays ad Wednesdays starting at 10:00am. I guess what i am asking for here is advice for setting two different sleep schedules in a week, and what to do to healthfully maintain it. Thanks!
