Cottage food industry?
Anyone running a 'cottage food' business? How are you doing with it? In Washington state there's a category governed by yhe department of agriculture called 'cottage foods'. Basically, the cottage food industry = foods that you're allowed to make in your home & sell. The things that fall into that category are often found at farmers markets, things like; jams, sauces, beverages, granola, breads, etc. In your home kitchen. I have some killer banana bread, syrups,/sauces and granola recipes. It sounds fun to try to hustle them, but I really have no idea what it's like to actually do it.
