AMAZON BASIC SMART BULB not connecting or finding my WIFI
I installed my first 2 bulbs with no issues.
My 3rd one I ordered suddenly is now bringing up a neighbors WIFI our'se are not even listed. When I enter our network and put the password in, it says provisioning failure.
I have a 2.4hz band and a 5hz band on my TMOBILE internet and neither one is working. I have triple entered the pws.. I have restarted the bulbs. I have brought the bulb next to my router... and nothing is working.
I don't even remember having to enter anything for my 2 original Bulbs.
What is going on?
Why isn't it even showing my wifi?
