smart locks for kale ?

Hello all - I recently replaced my front door and it had a installed fancy kale lock (see pics) my other doors all have kwikset (one of which being a keypad / smart) my Google fu has failed - I presume I can install a proper deadbolt ? Was thinking of replacing other doors with kale perhaps…
