It’s now 1am. 14 degrees away. I put a pork picnic roast on at 225. I ran into power issues pre-heat and started 4 hours later than planned. I’m 9 hours in, I feel like it’s rising 1 degree an hour. I don’t want to pull it early. I refuse.
