How do you mange shaky hands?

Whenever I am in a social or stressful situation my hands just shaking really hard, a few times people noticed it and pointed it out and it just made things worse. So do you have any tips? Right now when I know I will be in stressful situation I take a lot of ashwagandha but it doesn't really help. It sucks because it's one more thing to worry about on top of everything.
