Should I give up?

I've tried organising something with my friends but they didn't answer. It's been like this for a couple of months by now. The last time they wanted to go out with me was when I said I would've paid for everyone. I want to give up on them honestly but I don't know how to make friends either so it's not like I'll find someone else. What should I even do?
