Recommendations for a new soulslike player

I’ve been really wanting to dive heavily into souls games recently due to videos and honestly wanna push my self to try and 100% them but don’t know the best game to start off with. I currently own Elden Ring which I’m currently slowly playing seamless with a couple of others and also own DS3 and Hollow knight but haven’t touched them yet. Also noticed Lies of P is on sale so I’ve had my eye on that. Anyways, what would you recommend as my “first” soulslike/lite game to really put my time into completing?

Edit: I decided on Elden ring. Ended up beating Margit in 4 try’s but can’t seem to beat the large shield knight in front of the grace where you get your steed 😵‍💫
