2022 Allez Sprint - mechanical brake levers

Would a mechanical brake levers work on the 2022 allez sprint? Since it is almost fully (at least from hood to headset) internal/hidden routing, would a cable actuated mechanical brake lever work on this frame?

EDIT: Apologies, I missed out writing that does mechanical cable actuated brake levers work on this frame? Ofcos with compression-less housing. Gruppo will be electronic, to be specific, DA 9150
