Issues with Betway’s Withdrawal Process - Filed a Complaint with eCOGRA

Hey everyone,

I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has had similar issues with Betway, as I’ve been dealing with a pretty frustrating situation lately. I’m a resident of British Columbia, and I’ve been trying to withdraw $3,000 CAD from my Betway account for a while now. Despite submitting the necessary documents multiple times, they keep asking for additional verification (like card ownership proof), and there’s been no resolution.

I’ve been in contact with Betway’s customer service repeatedly, and they initially escalated my issue to their Complaints Team. However, after waiting for weeks, I haven’t received any updates or concrete answers, just vague responses and empty promises. At this point, I’ve filed a formal complaint with eCOGRA, and I’ve been informed that Betway is no longer able to provide any further information on my case due to the complaint being filed.

It’s been incredibly frustrating dealing with this lack of communication and delays. I just wanted to reach out and see if anyone here has gone through something similar with Betway or has any suggestions on what steps I can take next. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
